The PC version is a different experience than the console and GBA versions as it is developed by the same company who did Operation: Krabby Patty, Employee of the Month, and the PC port of Battle for Bikini Bottom. The console versions last 15 hours, (6 hours in one go) and there are lots of unlockables and extras to collect. Solid voice-acting, with the actors from the show and movie reprising their roles.

Upgrade system which gives you an incentive to collect more Manliness Points since they're the currency for them, and the upgrades make significant improvements to the characters. Spinners- Enemies that have guard worms that spin around to attack the player. They are similar to the Slick robots from Battle for Bikini Bottom. Flingers- Enemies that float above the air with a safety float.

Slammers- Enemies that attack the player with large inanimate objects.They are similar to the Chomp Bot robots from Battle for Bikini Bottom.
